21st October 2020
At BCFB we rely on donations year round to help many families who are experiencing crisis. Christmas is a time of celebration for many but a time of great financial pressure for others, this year more than with lockdown and social instability. Essential items such as warm clothes and heating add to the cost of Christmas and some parents will go without food to make sure their children have everything else that they need. Please consider donating food, toiletries and financially where possible to Black Country Foodbank so we can help provide some relief for those struggling, especially during the covid pandemic.
Please note our cut off dates for certain food items are as follows:
Advent Calendars – Friday 13th November, 2020.
Christmas Food (such as mince pies and selection boxes) – Friday 4th December, 2020.
Don’t forget we can’t accept any items with alcohol in. Thank you.
